Returns are always accepted. Please contact us by email Tess and tomy to have an insured, paid mailing label emailed to you for your convenience. If you choose to mail a return on your own without an insured label and the shipment is lost you will be responsible.

Returns are always accepted even on our sale items.
REFUNDS
Refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment presented less the original shipping costs. No Exceptions
EXCHANGES (if applicable)
Exchanges are accepted just contact us by email Tess and tomy to have an insured, paid mailing label emailed to you for your convenience. Please indicate in your message what piece you have selected.
GIFT CARDS
We apologize but Gift Cards are not returnable and cannot be turned in for cash. Balance must be used for a purchase from Tess and tomy.
REPAIRS
If your piece is in need of repair please contact us by email Tess and tomy to have an insured, paid, mailing label emailed to you for your convenience. If your piece has more than six months of wear and tear a $50 restring/repair fee will apply.

If you choose to mail a return on your own without an insured label and the shipment is lost you will be responsible. Please contact us for an insured and pre-paid label so that this does not happen.
