Processing times vary by item and will be disclosed where possible. Shipping timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed.

- Carrier delays
- Incorrect shipping information provided by customers
- Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon carrier delivery.
If your package does not deliver in a reasonable amount of time or tracking shows it has been delivered but has not been received by you, please contact Karen Daniels here and we will do what we can to assist you in locating your purchase.
