Orders are processed and shipped within 14 business days. This allows for extra time if your purchase item needs to be made upon order. If your order requires additional processing time or if any issue arises that may delay shipment, you will be contacted promptly with an update.

Shipping costs are calculated based on your order total (before taxes):
- $0.00 - $100.00: Your order ships free
- $100.01 - $300.00: Flat rate shipping of $8.00
- $300.01 - $5,000.00: Flat rate shipping of $15.00
